At Mavi's, we craft our one-of-a-kind signature pizza crust with organic beets and organic flour, slowly and naturally fermented for 48 hours. The result is a crust that's lighter, softer, and more flavorful than anything else you'll find in New Jersey — and its lovely blush color comes from nothing but nature itself. No artificial colors, no shortcuts. Just real ingredients doing something truly extraordinary.

Since opening our doors in 2016, our cozy café in the heart of Fort Lee has grown into one of the neighborhood's most beloved dining destinations — a warm corner of the world where Korean creativity and Italian style meet beautifully on every plate.

As a women and Asian-owned restaurant, we pour genuine care into everything we serve, from our Kimchi Bulgogi Pizza to our Truffle Mushroom Cream Pasta.
